Privacy notice
Last updated November 4, 2026
Brightpage is made by Synergia Solutions Holding Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada. This notice covers brightpage.ca and asking to join. We’ll update it before the site builder opens.
What we collect when you ask to join
- Who the site is for, your name or your business’s name, the address you’d like, the template you picked, your email, and anything you write in the note.
- A spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser and connection to tell people from bots. Your internet address is used to limit how often a form can be sent; we don’t store it with your request.
Why
To decide on your request, to hold your address, and to email you about it. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
brightpage.ca sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Turnstile may set what it needs to do the spam check.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
Your request is stored and emailed using Cloudflare, which may keep it in Canada, the United States or other countries. If we decline a request, we delete it 90 days later. Waiting and approved requests are kept while they matter to your account; ask us any time and we’ll delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to support@brightpage.ca. You can also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
