Terms of service
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Synergia Solutions Holding Ltd. (“Synergia”, “we”, “us”), a company in British Columbia, Canada, which makes Brightpage. By asking to join, creating a site or using Brightpage in any way, you agree to them. If you use Brightpage for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you may do so.
1. Joining
Brightpage is opening by invitation. We decide who joins, and we don’t have to give a reason. While a site is approved during this period it is free. We may start charging at any time; we’ll tell you at least 30 days before, and you can stop using Brightpage instead of paying.
2. Your content
What you put on your site stays yours. You let us store, copy, show and send it as needed to run Brightpage and your site, including through the services we use (such as Cloudflare). You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it, including pictures, text and logos, and for your site’s own terms and privacy notice where the law asks for them.
3. What you may not do
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Pretend to be another person, business, bank or government; collect passwords, card numbers or other secrets; or trick people in any way.
- Send spam, or add people to a newsletter who didn’t ask to join it.
- Share malware, attack or overload our systems or anyone else’s, or try to get around our limits or security.
- Publish content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Resell Brightpage, or copy it, without our written permission.
We may remove content, or stop a site, that we believe breaks these rules, without asking first.
4. Addresses and domains
A free address (brightpage.ca/s/name) is something we let you use, not something you own. We may change or take back an address, for example if it misleads people or belongs to a brand. Domains you connect stay yours; you are responsible for keeping them registered and their records correct.
5. Prices, taxes and other costs
Prices are in Canadian dollars and don’t include sales tax, which we add where it applies. Some things cost us money every time they’re used, such as domains bought through us, email mailboxes, extra email sending and extra storage. We may pass those costs on, at the prices shown before you buy. Plans renew until you cancel. Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refunded.
6. We may stop the service
We may change, suspend or stop any part of Brightpage, or any site or account, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We’ll try to give reasonable notice when we can, but we don’t have to.
7. Your data is what we owe you
If we stop your site or account, or stop Brightpage, the only thing we owe you is a copy of your content: you can download it while your account is open, and for 30 days after we tell you we’re closing it, unless the law or the reason for closing (for example abuse or a court order) prevents it. After that we may delete it. Keep your own copies of anything important.
8. No warranty
Brightpage is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. You use it at your own risk.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Synergia and its directors, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, customers or goodwill, however caused. Our total liability for any claim about Brightpage is limited to the amount you paid us for Brightpage in the 12 months before the claim, or CA$50, whichever is greater.
You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees, if a claim is made against us because of your content, your site or your breach of these terms.
10. Other services
Brightpage works with services run by others, such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Google and the AI apps you connect through MCP. Their terms apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for what they do. An AI app you connect acts for you: you are responsible for what it changes.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We’ll post the new version here and, for important changes, tell you by email. If you keep using Brightpage after a change, you accept it.
12. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of British Columbia. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away doesn’t mean we give it up.
